Agent Bio

Tory Treat, Owner and Agent of Treat Insurance Agency, has been dealing with insurance needs for the past 21 years in various ways.  Tory was a law enforcement officer in the State of Texas (holding a Master Peace Officer License), as well as the State of Colorado for over 18 years combined. With that, Tory has gone from issuing citations for not having vehicle insurance to helping obtain insurance to avoid citations now. Tory started working with Hickey Insurance Agency in 2018 on a part time basis. When John Hickey retired at the end of 2021, Tory was given the opportunity to take over the agency and continue the legacy that John created.

Tory graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (marketing and advertising) degree. He has many interests outside of the office from fishing, golfing, spending time with family and helping on a farm as a hired hand to gain the experience to assist those in the agricultural community.
